Homeless Assistance Portals Open Across Palm Beach County

Help is being made available to members of the local homeless community.

New assistance portals have opened at eight locations across Palm Beach County.

Homeless individuals or families can use the portals to get connected with assistance and concerned community members, as well as local law enforcement who identify people in crisis can also use the portals which include a touch screen and a menu of available services and programs.

The portals are located Community Services Department Service Centers in Belle Glade, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, along with the Mid County and North County Senior Centers in Lake Worth and Palm Beach Gardens.
