The woman who sued Ye for sexual harassment is no longer living the exciting lifestyle she once had.

Lauren Pisciotta, a former Yeezy employee who sued the rapper-producer last summer, recently hired Lisa Bloom's The Bloom Firm to handle her case against Ye. During an interview Complex published on Tuesday, June 3, Pisciotta's attorney, Arick Fudali, provided a status update on her lawsuit and her life after she reportedly went into hiding earlier this year.

"It's very rough," Fudali said. "I don't know how much you know about Ms. Pisciotta, but she was a very public figure."

"That's all been taken away," he continued. "She gave that up, and she is literally living in hiding. That’s been rough for her. Not to mention what she experienced."

Lauren Pisciotta originally filed a lawsuit against the artist formerly known as Kanye West for allegedly sexually harassing her by sending her explicit and racist messages and videos. She later amended her lawsuit to include other vulgar allegations. She claimed Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session with Sean "Diddy Combs. She also alleged Ye wanted his wife, Bianca Censori, to watch him have sex with Pisciotta's mom.

"She is very afraid of Mr. West and Mr. West’s circle and Mr. West’s supporters," Fudali explained. "She's received an enormous amount of online backlash and ridicule and hatred. Really ugly, gross stuff. So she literally is currently in hiding, and I can't reveal even the vicinity of where she lives. That’s how serious it is for her right now."

Fudali said the case is still ongoing but they're still dealing with issues with Ye's attorneys and the court. He also said Pisciotta plans to file a second amended complaint that will include updated allegations, charges, and claims.
